IIC-China 2009 expands to Xi'an, Dongguan and Wuhan
IIC-China will now be held in Xi'an, Dongguan and Wuhan, aside from the four other major electronics hubs in China - Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen.
Wuhan is located in Hubei Province, housing five technology development zones in the automotive, electronics and telecom industries. It is known as China's "Optics Valley", being the largest base of optical technology.
Found in Shaanxi Province, Xi'an is one of China's leading electronics market and primary design bases. It is home to over 30 Fortune 500 companies.
Dongguan of Guangdong Province is the world's largest manufacturer of motherboards, monitors, power supplies, scanners and disk drives. It is the leading global exporter of PCs and PC peripherals/accessories.
